Store details, branches, tables, PromptPay payments and image library
Edit the store name, logo and phone, manage branches and tables, set the PromptPay account guests pay into, receipt text, and the store's image library.
Store details: name, logo, phone and store code
The Store details page holds the store name, phone, email and logo. The name appears on receipts, QR pages and document headers; the logo appears in the app's side menu and on A4 document headers (invoices, credit notes, payslips) but does not print on receipts. The receipt image is set separately on Settings › Receipts & printers, Texts & images tab. Currency is for display only and never changes menu prices. The store code is what staff type together with their username when they sign in on a new device.
Steps
- Open Settings > Store & branches
- Edit the store name, phone and emailPhone and email print on document headers and purchase orders.
- Choose a logoUpload a new one or pick one from the image library.
- Tap Save store profileA newly uploaded logo is used only after you save.
Good to know
- After you change the store code, staff must use the new code when they sign in on a new device. Tell the team first.
- If there is no logo picker, turn on the image library on Settings > Store features first.
Add and edit branches
Each branch has a name, a type (storefront for selling, or commissary), a time zone and a Revenue Department branch code (00000 = head office). The branch type is chosen only when the branch is created, and each branch can switch individual features on or off without affecting the others.
Steps
- Tap Add branch on the Branches & tables page
- Enter the branch name and pick its type and time zone
- Enter the Revenue Department branch codeLeave it blank or use 00000 for the head office.
- Tap Save branch
Good to know
- The first branch is free. If you cannot add a branch because the store has used its branch allowance, you are taken to the credits page to add one.
- Archiving a branch cannot be undone, and it is refused while the branch has open or held bills, unfinished stock transfers, stock on hand, or is the store's last branch.
Set up tables for each branch
The Dining tables card on the same page adds tables to a storefront branch so the POS can open bills by table and each table can get a QR ordering code. You can set the table name, number of seats and display order. A takeaway-only store does not need tables.
Steps
- Tap Add tableThe store needs a storefront branch first.
- Pick the branch, enter the table name and seats, then save
Good to know
- A table cannot be archived while it still has an open or held bill.
Set the PromptPay account and slip checks
Settings › Payment methods sets the account guests pay into by scanning a QR. Choose the recipient account type (mobile number, national ID or e-Wallet) and enter the number exactly as the real account. Cash works normally even before this is set.
Steps
- Choose the recipient account type, then enter the recipient number
- Set the QR lifetime per bill1 to 1,440 minutes. A cashier can issue a new QR after it expires.
- Choose how slips are confirmedStaff type the reference, keep a photo, or verify slips with the bank.
- Tap Save payment settings
Good to know
- Typing the slip reference stops the same slip from settling a second bill; keeping only a photo does not.
- Bank slip verification and PromptPay through a payment provider need the system team to set up the provider key first.
- The tax and invoice part of the same page needs tax permission; see the tax settings article.
Receipt text and images
The Texts & images tab of Settings › Receipts & printers sets the receipt header and footer text and header or footer images, with a sample receipt to check before you save.
Good to know
- Receipt images come from the image library, so the image library must be on. Paper width and printers are on Settings › Receipts & printers.
Image library and storage
The image library keeps the store's menu, ingredient, logo and bill photos in one place. Pick a category before uploading (JPG, PNG, WebP and AVIF), move images to another category later, and before deleting you see where an image is still used. The top of the page shows the storage used against what the store has.
Steps
- Tap Upload images and choose a category
- Choose the image filesEvery image in one upload goes into the same category.
- Select several images to move or delete them together
Good to know
- Images that are evidence for a saved record, such as a scanned bill or a payment slip, cannot be deleted from the library.
- When storage is full, uploads stop. Delete unused images, or tap Add storage to go to the credits page.
- Generate with AI uses credits, and the credits per image are shown before you generate.
