Automated reports: daily, weekly or monthly summaries for the owner
Have the system build a sales, profit, expense and stock summary every morning, keep it on the Automated reports page and send it by LINE, with alerts when numbers look unusual.
Set up a new report
On the Settings > Automated reports page, tap Add report, name it, choose the frequency, choose all branches or one branch, and pick the topics you want: sales, comparison with the previous period, unusual items, profit by menu, income and expenses, and stock with items nearing expiry. A store can have up to 10 reports.
Steps
- Tap Add report and name it
- Choose the frequencyDaily summarises yesterday, weekly is built on Monday morning, monthly on the 1st. All are built around 07:30 Thailand time.
- Choose the data scope and the report contents
- Choose whether to also send it by LINE, then tap Save
Good to know
- Profit by menu needs permission to see costs; income and expenses needs the cash book switched on and accounting permission. Without permission that topic is skipped and the report says why.
- Detecting unusual items (sales drops, unusually high refunds, discounts or waste) uses statistical rules and spends no AI credits.
Read past reports and send by LINE
Every report is always kept in the Recent reports list on this page; tap one to see it. To also receive it by LINE, the store's LINE must be connected and the person who set up the report must have their own verified LINE account linked. If that is not ready, the page says so and links to the LINE settings.
Good to know
- A report is sent to the LINE of the person who created it.
AI commentary and the credit limit
Each report can turn on Append AI commentary to the report, which spends AI credits per report. Because it runs by itself on a schedule, someone must first approve a per-run and monthly credit limit on the Credit limits for scheduled AI card. Without that approval, or once the limit is used up, the report is still sent but without the AI section. The same card approves the AI daily anomaly summary, which spends credits only on days when something unusual is found.
Steps
- Scroll to the Credit limits for scheduled AI card
- Enter the maximum credits per run and per monthThe credit price per run is shown on the card.
- Tick the consent box and tap Approve these limits
- Turn on AI commentary in the report you want, then save
Good to know
- Only the owner or someone who manages the AI credit budget can approve the limit and turn on AI commentary.
- You can tap Withdraw consent at any time; after that, scheduled AI work spends no more credits.
The page says automated reports are not switched on
Automated reports are free to use. If the page says they are not switched on, the owner can switch the feature on in Settings > Store features, then come back to set the schedule and contents. Credits are spent only when you choose AI commentary.
