Store overview (dashboard): today's sales and decisions to make
The owner's and manager's home screen: net sales, bills, top-selling items and today's decisions across every branch on one page.
Today's key figures
Store overview opens on today's figures for all branches. The top cards show net sales (with the change against the previous period), bills, average bill value and how many items need a decision. Below are the Sales in the last 7 days chart, top-selling items, and Performance details such as hourly sales, branch comparison, sales share by branch and payment methods.
Steps
- Pick the periodTap Today, 7 days, 30 days or Custom, then choose the dates and apply.
- Pick the branchChoose All branches or a single branch.
- Read the cards at the top, then scroll for the charts and top-selling items
- For more detail, open the Sales report
Good to know
- Use the Refresh data button when a bill was just closed but the numbers have not moved. The time label next to the branch box shows when the figures were last calculated.
- The Export button downloads the overview as Excel or PDF.
Decisions needed today
The Decisions needed today box collects open work from across the store: purchase orders waiting for approval or receiving, ingredients below their level or negative, unfinished stock counts, leave and shift-change requests, overdue staff tasks, menu items whose cost is too high, and tables calling staff from the QR menu. Tap Manage to open the screen where that work is done. Each person sees only the areas they are allowed to see.
Steps
- Check the number on the Needs a decision card
- Scroll to Decisions needed today; urgent items come first
- Tap Manage on an item and finish it on the screen that opens
- For a table calling staff, tap Got it right in the box
Good to know
- If the store uses the AI daily anomaly summary, yesterday's result appears in this box for the owner to mark Got it.
- The Today's team card (who is working and tasks done) appears only for people who manage the team.
Get to your first sale guide
A store that has never closed a bill sees the Get to your first sale card on Store overview (only people who can set up the store). It walks through adding the items you sell, setting up PromptPay, adding dine-in tables (skip it if you only sell takeaway) and selling the first bill at the counter. The card disappears by itself once the first bill is closed.
Steps
- Tap Add menu items and add a name and price for at least one item
- Tap Set up payment if customers will scan to payCash works right away without it.
- Tap Add tables if you have dine-in tables
- Tap Open POS, then sell and take payment for the first bill
Good to know
- Every feature is free to use; credits are only for AI work and some usage. The card also shows the store's remaining AI credits.
Ask the AI assistant about the numbers
When the AI assistant is switched on, Store overview shows the Your store assistant card. Tap Open AI assistant to ask the AI assistant about sales or menu items, then choose the branch and period again in the assistant before you send your question.
