Owner cockpit and branch targets
Every branch on one screen: today vs target, the 7-day trend, what needs you, cash drawer short / over, stock risks and labour vs sales, plus sales and cost targets per branch.
The cards on the owner cockpit
This page puts the numbers an owner checks every day on one phone-friendly screen. Sales today compares with yesterday and the same day last week, with a 7-day chart. Needs your attention is the same list as the dashboard. Cash drawer sums the closed shifts of the last 7 days that were short or over. Stock risks counts ingredients running low, below zero and close to expiry. Labour vs sales shows today and the last 7 days. Every card opens its own detail screen.
Steps
- Open the owner cockpit from Money & reports
- Choose a branch, or look at all branches together
- Tap a card's link to deal with it on its own screen
Good to know
- Each person sees only the cards they are allowed to see; for example labour shows only for people who manage the team, and as money or a percentage only for people who can see payroll (others see hours worked).
- Sales are net, from the daily sales summary, and can lag the till by a few minutes.
Set targets per branch
Set a monthly sales target (and a daily one if you like) per branch, plus gross margin, food cost and labour targets in percent. Fill only the targets you want. A standing target applies every month; a one-month target replaces it for that month. Without a daily target, the monthly target divided by the days in the month is used. This page and the dashboard show how the month is going by comparing the finished days with the target spread over those days.
Steps
- Tap Set a target in the branch targets section
- Choose the branch and whether it applies every month or one month
- Fill at least one target and save
Good to know
- Only people who can change store settings can set or edit targets; every change is recorded in the activity log.
- Gross margin and food cost use current recipe costs and show only to people who can see costs; if recipe costs are incomplete the page says it cannot work them out yet.
