Write promotion captions with AI from real sales

Create captions

Open it from the Write a promotion post card on the AI assistant page or from the Caption assistant menu item. Describe the promotion or message, choose the tone, channel and number of versions (1-5), then press Write captions. Press Copy on the version you like and paste it into your post.

Steps

1. Describe the promotionFor example: 20% off every coffee from 14:00 to 17:00.
2. Choose the tone, channel and number of versionsTones are Friendly, Playful, Premium and Urgent.
3. Press Write captions
4. Review, edit, then press Copy

Good to know

• Always check item names, prices and promotion terms before posting, because AI may get some facts wrong.

Use your real best sellers

Tick Use actual best sellers from the last 7 days to let the AI use the store's real best-selling items and total sales in the captions. With it ticked you may leave the topic empty. The result shows the facts it used at the top so you can check them.

Good to know

• Leave it unticked when you do not want your sales figures in the post.

Credits, and when no caption comes back

Writing captions is an AI job that uses credits; the price is shown on the Write a promotion post card on the AI assistant page before you start. If the card says Not available yet, or the AI is temporarily unavailable, you are told to try again or write the post yourself. If credits run out a Top up button appears. Selling at the till is never affected.
