Delivery-app payouts, GP and net revenue
Enter what GrabFood / LINE MAN / ShopeeFood / Robinhood paid you (typed, or LINE MAN's sales file), match it to the delivery bills in BoxBak, and see what each app kept in commission and fees and what you really received.
Enter an app's payout
In Reports › Delivery apps, tap Add a payout and pick the app and branch. For LINE MAN you can import the sales file from the merchant portal: the order code, date, sales, GP, fee and net columns are guessed for you to check and correct, and cancelled orders and totals rows are skipped. The GrabFood Merchant app has no file download, so type the figures from its earnings screen.
Steps
- Tap Add a payout, then pick the app and branch
- Choose the sales file, or Type the figuresThe file is read on this device; only each order's code, date and amounts are sent
- Check the period, sales, deductions and amount received, then tap SaveIf the figures do not add up, the screen says by how much
Good to know
- One app's statements of one branch cannot cover the same day twice, so a payout is never counted twice. Remove the old one first to enter it again
- Needs the accounting permission (owner or manager)
Match the orders to BoxBak bills
Tap See bill matching on an imported statement. Orders are matched by the order code recorded at the POS first, then by the same day and amount. You see the orders in the file that BoxBak does not have (perhaps not recorded) and the BoxBak bills not in the file (perhaps cancelled by the app).
Sales, deductions and effective GP per app
The by-app table shows the statements' sales, commission, fees, adjustments, the amount really received and the effective GP = (sales − received) ÷ sales, next to what BoxBak recorded for the same days. No statement yet is the delivery bills on days without a payout entered. The AI assistant and MCP can answer this too.
Book it in the cash book
With the cash book on, tap Book in the cash book on a statement. What the app kept (sales − received) is booked as an expense, Delivery app fees (GP), paid by transfer on the transfer day, because the cash book already counts the delivery bills' sales at full price. A statement can be booked once.
Good to know
- A statement booked in the cash book cannot be removed until that entry is reversed in the cash book
