Match your GrabFood / LINE MAN menu to your store menu

What this tool does, and what it does not

BoxBak does not connect to GrabFood or LINE MAN directly. You bring the app's menu in yourself and tell BoxBak which store item each app listing is. Matching does not change your store prices and does not bring app orders into BoxBak.

Steps

1. Open the menu page and tap the arrow next to "Add new item"
2. Choose "Match menu with GrabFood / LINE MAN"
3. Pick the delivery app to match (GrabFood or LINE MAN)

Good to know

• If the page says delivery menu matching is not enabled, the tool is open to selected stores for now. Contact the BoxBak team if you would like to use it.
• Delivery app orders still need to be keyed in at the POS as takeaway bills.

Bring in the app menu

Paste the menu with one item per line, such as "Shrimp fried rice 60", or choose a CSV / TXT file exported from the app (up to 400 KB). Nothing is saved at this step.

Steps

1. Paste into "Paste menu text or CSV content" or tap "Choose a CSV / TXT file"
2. Tap "Match to my menu"
3. If some lines were skipped, check that each line has an item name and a valid price

Good to know

• If the file is too large, split it or paste the text in parts.

Check the matches and save

Unmatched listings come first. BoxBak proposes matches from the same or a similar name and shows the app price next to the store price. Choose a store item for each listing, or choose "Not on our menu". Options can be matched too when the listing has them.

Steps

1. Work through the unmatched listings and choose a store item for each
2. Check every match proposed from a similar name
3. Tick "Save" on the correct rows, then tap "Save selected matches"

Good to know

• Nothing is saved until you tap save. Switching apps before saving drops the unsaved choices.

Saved matches, and store items not on the app

"Saved matches" lists the matches already saved for that app; the next import reuses them. Removing a match makes BoxBak propose that listing afresh for you to check. "Menu items not found" on the app helps you spot items you may not have listed there yet.

Reading a screenshot and AI matching

The "Read a screenshot (AI)" button and the "Use AI" option are not available yet. For now only automatic name and price matching runs, and no credits are used. Paste the text or upload a CSV file instead.
